Lovely views with minor hiccups

The location is fantastic, right beside the iconic Recoleta Cemetery. The friendly staff and varied breakfast offerings made each day enjoyable, especially the eggs and fresh fruits.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired with some hairs from previous guests. The room service was non-existent, and the walls felt thin, allowing noise to travel.

Well-appointed and fashionable unit with a microwave, an electric kettle, and glassware...

The location is great and fantastic, the check in is efficient. It's in the beautiful area which is another bonus. Make sure to get double room with magnificent view, great views, as for instance.

The view from my room overlooking the iconic Recoleta Cemetery was amazing. I loved the spaciousness of the room, especially the modern décor and the balcony that added to the charm. The kitchenette was a fantastic addition for making my own snacks, alongside a cozy dining area. Breakfast at the nearby café was a treat, with tasty croissants and ample portions. I did notice some issues. The bathroom had a plumbing problem, leading to some flooding, disappointing. The daily cleaning service was only offered every other day, which I found a bit inconvenient. Despite these setbacks, the overall stay was still enjoyable, with a location that provided easy access to restaurants, markets, and tourist attractions.

Excellent hotel staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The decor is very modern and stylish. The room was perfect.

The first room I got on the second floor looked directly to the graveyard which is across the street. If it doesn't bother you, everything else is really good.

the hotel don't have free computer desks. Too near to the cemetery tumbs.

Unfortunately, the apartment lacked necessary amenities. The kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes and utensils, and I even had to deal with a malfunctioning air conditioner. While the cleanliness was acceptable, I found that repairs were overdue in several areas was nice.

Beautifull spacious room, nice bathroom. Sufficient breakfast and excellent location and free wifi!

Positive, I stayed for 1 night in a Superior Double Room. The view of the cemetery was fantastic. The room had a nice balcony and kitchenette. The breakfast voucher for a nearby café was a great perk with generous portions.

City tour recommended by Hotel not good. My mother wad robbed of her rolex while on tour. Very disappointed.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. It was also just next door to the park, neighborhood restaurants and cemetery and restaurants areas and shopping areas.

The location was sweet, right behind the famous cemetery and a short walk to the local shopping mall and eateries. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing great tips for nearby attractions and places to grab a bite.

Clean reasonably priced hotel, the stay was great. Located in the heart of the city. Modern room and large bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. Friendly check-in, late check-out, exceptionally kind staff.
